Environmental Policy

1. Purpose

This Environmental Policy establishes Swedwise AB's commitment to environmental sustainability and fulfillment of our compliance obligations. It provides the framework for setting environmental objectives and demonstrates our dedication to protecting the environment as an integral part of our business operations.

This policy supports our ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and aligns with our brand promise: "Make Time For The Good."

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All Swedwise AB employees, contractors, and temporary staff
  • All organizational locations (Karlstad HQ, Stockholm, Uddevalla offices, and remote workers)
  • All activities under Swedwise's control, including:
    • Office operations and facilities management
    • Business travel and transportation
    • IT equipment lifecycle (procurement, use, disposal)
    • Service delivery to customers
    • Procurement and supply chain management

3. Environmental Commitment Statement

Swedwise AB is committed to conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner. As an IT consultancy, we recognize that while our direct environmental impact is relatively low compared to manufacturing industries, we have significant opportunities to make positive environmental contributions through our operations, service delivery, and influence on customers and partners.

We commit to integrating environmental considerations into our business decisions, continuously improving our environmental performance, and being transparent about our environmental impact and progress.
